Proposal lifecycle views, Closed status, and Log Change Request

The Proposals list now groups proposals into four lifecycle views — Active, Work in progress, Completed, and Lost.

A new Closed status marks rejected or stale opportunities. Mark a proposal as Closed from its Actions menu with a confirmation; Closed proposals leave the default list and dashboard attention area, stay findable through the status filter, and are locked for editing and change requests.

Use Log Change Request from the Actions menu to record a customer change request received by phone or another method.
