Proposals now support general Terms and Conditions, separate from Payment Schedule content and service-level Contract Terms. The general terms appear in the client-facing proposal and in the contract generated after acceptance.

Payment Terms is renamed to Payment Schedule throughout the proposal builder, preview, client view, PDF, and contract. Existing payment information is unchanged.

The profile-menu Help & Support option now opens an in-app support panel rather than starting an email, with your name and email prefilled.

New team members receive a role-aware dashboard checklist for business setup, exploring the proposal builder, creating a first proposal, and sending it to a client. The checklist can be minimized or dismissed, reopened from the sidebar, and includes a short proposal-editor tour.

You can create a new service or product directly while adding proposal items, and push edited catalog-backed items back to the reusable catalog. Sending an empty proposal is blocked until at least one item is added.

Admin onboarding now covers trade selection, business details, an optional license number and logo, teammate invitations, and next steps. Trade selection can influence document terminology.

Suggested starter catalog items are marked Sample and can be removed without affecting items already used in proposals. Non-admin users see a setup-in-progress message.

Setup also creates a sample draft from your imported services, viewable through the Draft, Document, Contract, and Job tasks tabs. The contract view is display-only and does not create a signed contract or begin client approval.

Projects now bring proposal, contract, invoice, checklist, project dates, progress, and job-task information into a single workspace.

Apropos checks for similar contacts before saving a new contact and lets you review possible matches.

Client comments and change-request status appear on an open proposal screen without requiring a refresh.

When creating a QuickBooks estimate or invoice for an unlinked contact, Apropos searches for possible matching QuickBooks customers so you can link an existing customer or create a new one.

You can manage marketing and product-update email preferences from the profile's Notifications area.

Users whose plan does not include QuickBooks estimates or invoices receive an explanation and an upgrade path.

A client can no longer accept the same proposal version after requesting changes; they must wait for a revised proposal.

Workspace admins can choose Bid, Quote, Estimate, or Proposal as the document wording. The selected wording appears across the workspace, builder, emails, PDFs, notifications, and client-facing pages. Already-sent documents retain their original wording.

QuickBooks now uses the official Connect to QuickBooks control, and expired authorization produces a Reconnect QuickBooks prompt rather than a generic failure.

Proposal documents can display your business identity and contact details. Printable job checklists can include business branding, customer information, job address, and selected work-item instructions.

Proposal, contract, acceptance, and change-request emails use a shared design with your business name. Signed client views expose Proposal and Contract tabs with print and download controls.

Proposal items can be organized into named sections that you can rename, reorder, or remove. Client views show section headings, subtotals, item details, and optional-item guidance.

Products & Services entries can be classified and filtered by type, including products and services.

The manual line-item import and the old template-browser workflow were removed from Settings and Products & Services. Catalog items are now managed directly in Products & Services.

Dedicated Login and Sign up pages replaced the previous sign-in routes. Saved bookmarks or redirects using the old paths may need updating.
