Public API, API keys, and webhooks

Workspaces can now connect to other systems with the Public API and webhooks. Admins create and revoke API keys from Settings > API Keys, and connect the API to read customers, proposals, and catalog items and to create customers and catalog items. From Settings > Webhooks, admins can send signed, accepted, and change-requested proposal events plus new-customer and new-catalog-item events to a URL, with signed delivery and retries. API Keys and webhooks only available on the Team plan or above.
