Add your phone number to proposals

Add a personal phone number to your profile so your customers can contact you directly without needing to contact your organization's main number. It will appear on all your proposals next to your name and email.

Add your phone number to your profile

Your profile phone number is entered in your personal profile, not in Business Profile. It saves automatically as you type.

1. Open your profile from your account menu.

2. In the Phone number field, enter the number you want clients to see.

3. Stop typing and wait for the field to save.

The field shows Saving while your change is written, then Saved when it's done.
